MGM Vailankanni

The property is clean and well kept. The restaurant is good with good food options. The items in the minibar are reasonably priced with no major markups unlike other hotels. This is my 3rd visit over last 12 years and seems the place has been renovated.

The rooms were just fantastic. Thanks to Booking.com we got a free upgrade to the Grandeur Suite and the ambience of the room, spaciousness and the room amenities were truly fantastic. The room service was quick and helpful. The staff were friendly and the hotel was conveniently located to the church too (just around a km away). The hotel arranged for an auto pick up to the church too which was again very convenient. All in all a truly great experience.

The staff in particular were very courteous, always ready to assist and very pleasing. Breakfast spread was good enough. The room too was good and bathroom especially was very spacious . Thank you
